Integra Investments Acquires Tampa’s Westshore Yacht Club Marina
TAMPA, FL - We are pleased to announce that on June 29, 2020 Integra Investments acquired Tampa’s Westshore Yacht Club Marina and has selected Oasis Marinas to assume management of all marina operations. Oasis Marinas officially began on June 30th and will be fully responsible for all marina operations going forward.
This will be the company’s 30th marina in their portfolio and the 1st in Florida. “We are thrilled to be expanding our portfolio in Florida”, says Dan Cowens, Founder of Oasis Marinas. “Florida offers boaters endless destinations, Tampa being a staple.” “We are committed to making the Tampa Westshore Yacht Club Marina a class A facility, therefore it’s important to us that the facility be managed by a class A operator”, says Matthew Juall with Integra Investments.
