Brian Arnold

VP Business Development

Brian serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Oasis Marinas. Brian has been involved in the boating industry for most of his life. His family owns and operates a charter business and Brian himself holds a USCG Master’s license. Brian joined Oasis Marinas as a co-founder in 2015, with a key focus on sales, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Brian has also managed transition teams and facilitated operations for one of our marina partners in the Chesapeake Bay. Additionally, Brian is on the Board of the Association of Bahamas Marinas. Prior to joining Oasis Marinas, Brian spent over 25 years in the real estate, property management and hospitality industries where his responsibilities included operations, hospitality management and business development. In those industries, Brian worked alongside firms such as Four Seasons, Hyatt Regency, Marriott and more.

Bob Milton

Director of Sales

Bob has over 30 years of leadership experience in sales and business development, distribution, customer service and business operations. For the last 20 years, Bob was an Executive with Verizon Wireless, where he grew three sales channels from their start to over $1 billion in yearly revenue with over 1200 employees. In his last role, Bob was responsible for the sales, customer service, distribution strategy and operations for 500+ retail stores across nine states in the mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining Verizon, Bob worked with several publicly traded retail and hospitality companies. Bob is a lifelong boater, a USCG master captain and a veteran of the U.S. Army. His love of the water started young while fishing with his family and working at his uncle's marina. When not working, Bob spends his time with his wife, children and dogs, and he spends most of his summer on the water.

Arturo Martinovich

Director of Sales

Arturo has spent 20 years leading and managing business development projects. With extensive experience in financial services and strategic planning, Arturo has been involved in the architecture of a variety of domestic and international ventures of significant value. Prior to joining Oasis, Arturo was Managing Partner at a distinguished, full-service financial firm based out of San Diego, CA, where he led the ventures and acquisitions division. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking family trips.
