Oasis Marinas, a marina management company, has been awarded the management contract for Prime Marina East Greenwich in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
ANNAPOLIS, MD., October 13, 2021 - Nestled in Greenwich Cove, a well-protected deep-water basin, Prime Marina East Greenwich is ideally located with generous amenities, making it one of Rhode Island’s premier marinas, and Oasis Marinas first official managed property in the state.
Beginning October 1, Oasis Marinas’ assumed operational management of Prime Marina East Greenwich. The team is working with the existing staff on-site to bring its world-class business management and facilities maintenance services to the marina and will continue to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations. Oasis Marinas was chosen by Integra Investments, based out of Miami, to be the exclusive operational management company for Prime Marina East Greenwich. The two companies have a strong working relationship, as Oasis was also selected for Westshore Yacht Club in Tampa in 2020, and Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center in Miami, in 2021.
Prime Marina East Greenwich is an incredible marina, featuring 186 slips that can accommodate vessels up to 300’, plus 100 moorings. Also on-site are wet storage options, 170 dry storage racks, and boat cleaning and maintenance services, including a marine engine dealer. Guests will appreciate the modern laundry and shower facilities and well-appointed ships store. There is also a restaurant and pub for boaters to enjoy while visiting.
