BALTIMORE, MD., December 8, 2021 – Monument Marine Group (MMG), a Baltimore-based investment firm focused on opportunities within the marine industry, acquired three new marinas this month; Nomad Norview Marina, Nomad Shelter Cove Marina, and Nomad McDaniel Yacht Basin.
Monument Marine Group purchased the new portfolio of marinas on December 2, 2021 with plans to improve the portfolio’s product offering and enhance the customer experience. MMG has selected Oasis Marinas as their premier operational management partner for the assets. The incorporation of these new properties places an additional 450+ slips into a growing portfolio of quality assets bolstered by the proven management stewardship of Oasis Marinas.
